4 Arcs 40 Walnut

Solid walnut column on a Nero Marquina base. Designed, machined and assembled in our workshop in Bucharest.

Four arcs, one to each face, milled the full height of the column.

Finished in linseed oil. No lacquer, so the grain stays open and the surface reads as wood rather than as a coating. Walnut darkens over the first year and keeps going slowly after that.

The base is Nero Marquina, cut to 150 by 150 by 100mm. Black stone with white veining, so no two bases match.

Runs on USB-C. No transformer, no proprietary cable to lose in five years. Mechanical switch on the body.

Each piece is numbered. 40cm.
